Remember now, these fairy magic spending cuts and entitlement reforms that are being negotiated never balance the budget.  They don't even begin to come close.  Neither did Paul Ryan's "radical" budget plan.  These magical invisible spending cuts that do not yet exist are merely minute cuts from the deficit.  This is what they are bargaining higher tax rates for. 

These "cuts" do not address the massive debt we are incurring, 40 cents of every dollar last I checked.
These "cuts" do not address the growing percentage of GDP that our debt is devouring.
These "cuts" do not address the skyrocketing rate at which the debt is growing.

These people do not care about you.  They don't care about your future.  They don't care about your children.  This is all by design.  Neither party is your friend and they are all playing for the same team.
